Customer orders on this website ship from our warehouse in the United States.

These are the payment methods currently available at checkout. If a card brand is not listed here, we are not able to accept it just yet.

2. Payment Security and Encryption

Your security is important to us.

Checkout uses standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to help protect your personal and payment information.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Card details are handled by the secure payment processor used at checkout.

Please use a card that is available for online payments, and enter the billing details as they appear with your card issuer.

3. When Payment Is Taken

Your card is charged immediately when the order is placed.

After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If a payment does not go through, the order stays unconfirmed. You may try another accepted card, or email us and we will help you check what happened.

4. Currency and No Hidden Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

The order total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you complete payment.

We do not charge hidden fees or extra transaction surcharges. The amount you see at checkout is the amount charged.

5. Prices, Duties, and Sales Tax

The prices shown on product pages and at checkout already include applicable tax.

You do not pay extra sales tax, import duty, or tariff at checkout.

The amount shown immediately before you pay is the full amount charged.

6. If a Payment Does Not Go Through

A payment may not complete if:

  • The card number, expiration date, or security code needs to be corrected
  • The card does not have enough available funds
  • The card issuer does not approve the charge
  • The billing address does not match the card records

If this happens, review the details and try again, or use another accepted card. You may also contact your card issuer. Email us if you need help.

7. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is returned to the same payment method used for the order.

Refund timing follows our Refund Policy.

After we receive the returned item and the inspection is completed with no problem, the refund arrives within 7 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
