These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use the Jiyora website and how purchases work. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This website is operated by Jinhua Jiyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. Jiyora is a brand of Jinhua Jiyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd.

1. About Jiyora
Jiyora is a seasonal home décor brand offering Christmas and seasonal home decorations.
Products are manufactured in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China. Customer orders on this website ship from our warehouse in the United States. Orders are not shipped directly from China to the customer.
Shipping times, handling time, rates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns are described in our Refund Policy.
2. Website Use
When using the website, please:
- Provide accurate information when placing an order
- Use the website for lawful shopping and browsing
- Avoid any activity that could interfere with the website or other customers
If an account or order appears to violate these Terms or applicable law, we may pause or decline it. We will contact you when we can.
3. Product Information
We try to keep product details accurate, including descriptions, photos, materials, sizes, colors, and specifications.
Colors and appearance may look slightly different because of screens, lighting, or normal production variation.
The details on a product page are the details available at the time you view it. If we find an important error, we will contact you before continuing with the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
The prices shown on product pages and at checkout already include applicable tax. You do not pay extra sales tax, import duty, tariff, hidden fees, or transaction surcharges at checkout.
The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Your card is charged when the order is placed. After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Payments are processed through a secure checkout with standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, a payment cannot be completed, or we need to review an order for safety reasons, we may be unable to fulfill it. If payment has already been received, we will refund it.
6. Order Cancellation
You may ask us to cancel an order before it ships. Email info@jiyorahome.com with your order number.
After an order has shipped, please use our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, military-base, or P.O. Box addresses. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Please enter a complete delivery address. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our delivery area, delivery may be delayed, returned, or the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping coverage, cutoff time, handling time, transit time, rates, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control may affect timing. If that happens, contact us and we will help check the shipment.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Do not ship a return without an RMA.
After we receive the returned item and the inspection is completed with no problem, the refund arrives within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
The Hanceville, AL address is for approved returns only. It is not the outbound warehouse.
9. Intellectual Property
The Jiyora name, logos, product images, descriptions, and website content belong to Jinhua Jiyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. or our licensors.
Please do not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may browse and share product pages in the ordinary way.
10. Reviews and Customer Content
The website does not currently include a public review feature.
If you later send us a review, photo, or comment, you allow Jiyora to use it to improve our products and to show customer feedback. Please submit only content that you have the right to share.
11. Third-Party Services
We use partners for payment processing, shipping, website analytics, advertising measurement, and customer emails.
Those partners have their own terms and privacy practices. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
California and other U.S. state privacy choices are also described on our Your Privacy Choices page. That page does not need to appear on the homepage.
13. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide accurate information and careful service.
We may not be able to cover losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier interruptions, or technical outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
If a change is important, we will also try to make it easy to see on this page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to comply with applicable laws for sales to customers in the United States.
If a dispute arises, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including the consumer protection laws of the U.S. state where the buyer lives, and other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
These Terms do not take away rights you already have as a consumer.
