1. Product Manufacturing and Shipping Location

Products are manufactured in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China, by Jinhua Jiyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd.

Finished goods are sent to our warehouse in the United States. Customer orders on this website ship from that U.S. warehouse.

Important notice

  • Customer orders are not shipped directly from China.
  • We do not publish the street address of the outbound U.S. warehouse.
  • The Hanceville, AL address is for approved returns and customer-service mail only. It is not a store, office, or outbound warehouse.

2. Shipping Availability

We ship only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories
  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
  • Military-base addresses that require military or government mail handling
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Parcel lockers or pickup points the carrier cannot deliver to
  • Freight-forwarding addresses when the carrier cannot complete final delivery

If an address is outside this area, we will contact you. The order may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Method, Carrier, and Fees

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier and fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Product subtotal under $60 USD: $4.99
  • Product subtotal $60 USD or more: Free

Shipping charges do not count toward the $60 minimum.
No extra shipping fee is added after the order is placed unless the address is wrong or the parcel has to be reshipped.

Tax information

Prices on product pages and at checkout include applicable tax.
You do not pay extra sales tax, import duty, or tariff at checkout.
The amount shown immediately before you pay is the amount charged.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Cutoff: 4:00 PM Central Time (CT).

  • Placed before 4:00 PM CT on a business day: processing starts that day
  • Placed after 4:00 PM CT, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday: processing starts the next business day

After processing starts, handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) (payment confirmed, item picked, packed, handed to the carrier).

Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. public holidays are not counted as business days.

5. Delivery Time

Transit time starts when the carrier first scans the parcel.

  • Standard transit time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total time after processing starts: usually 6–11 business days (Monday–Friday)

Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. public holidays are not counted as business days.

Dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, or a hard-to-reach address may add time.

6. Tracking Information

When your order ships, we email the carrier name and tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first carrier scan.

7. Shipping Delays

If a shipment looks delayed:

  1. Check tracking in your email or at https://jiyorahome.com/apps/track
  2. If the parcel has not arrived within 6–11 business days, email info@jiyorahome.com with your order number

If the parcel arrives damaged, email the order number, photos of the product, photos of the inner and outer packaging, and a short description. Replacement or refund follows our Refund Policy.

We are not able to control weather, peak-season carrier volume, or other events outside our reasonable control. If a delay happens, contact us and we will help check the shipment.

8. Address Information

Please enter a complete address at checkout:

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if any)
  • City, state, ZIP code
  • Phone number

Do not use an Alaska, Hawaii, territory, APO/FPO/DPO, military-base, or P.O. Box address.

If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our area, the parcel may be delayed, returned, or the order cancelled and refunded. Extra shipping may apply if we reship because of an address problem.
